Nial specialises in Executive Leadership and Senior Team Development. Having worked at senior executive level for many years he brings understanding and credibility to his facilitation which leads to trusting and engaged coaching relationships. He adopts a person centred, ontological and systemic approach to his coaching and mentoring. He challenges and supports his clients through authentic interaction as they achieve sustainable adaptive change and personal development. His client base spans a broad range of employment sectors including private sector and public sector. He has experience in working with entrepreneurial start-ups, SMEs, Financial Services Companies, Insurance Companies, Medical Device Companies, and Technology Companies including Multi-Nationals. Numbered among clients he has worked with are HP, CISCO, Stryker, Boston Scientific, Merit Medical, PEM Europe and GE Healthcare (UK as agent of LHH). Listed among his client companies in Ireland are VHI, Irish Life, AIB, NUIG and UCD/Smurfit, ANSAmed, Vysera Biomedical, Anecto and Celtrak.

He recently authored a module on Coaching and Mentoring for the Open Learning Centre at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG)
