Although We are not Mortgage Brokers, We Need Documentation of a Similar Nature For Our Files. Please Provide copies of the Following Items (in one package or one at a time) Before You Begin Looking or We Begin to Make Offers On a Home.

1. Copies of pay stubs from last month for all employment.

2. Copy of Social Security Card.

3. Copies of all pages bank statements on accounts for last month. (checking, savings, CD, 401K, stocks etc.).

4. Copy of lease or rental agreement (if any) on present residence.

5. Proof of downpayment.

6. Copy of Driver’s License, or other State or Federal Photo identification card.

7. If applicable please upload complete statements, or other documentation, covering the last 30 days for additional income, such as Social Security, retirement, or disability income.

8. If applicable please upload a complete copy of your Divorce Decree, Separation Agreement and Bankruptcy or Foreclosure papers.
