Thank you for your honesty . I wanted them to come clean my couches . He came said ma'am I'm not going to take your money these things aren't worth cleaning why don't you take the $189 and buy yourself a new couch. He said he wasn't here just to take my money but when I need the tile grout clean when my baby starts crawling I will give them a ring. I appreciate your honesty and I'm going to do exactly what he said and go get a new couch.

Our experience began with talking with Erin who could not have been more professional and accommodating. Romeo was scheduled a few days later. He renewed my 96 year old father-in-laws rugs that had been neglected for quite a while we were living up north. Romeo got the job done and then some! The kitchen floor needed help too and Romeo took care of that as well.

My husband and I would recommend Broom Hildy to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and refreshed. We are so impressed with them and would never think to go to another company.

Had the tech come out Friday to clean my carpets. He ran 20 minutes behind and we weren't notified so I wasn't sure if he was still coming. However, when he arrived he was very friendly and got right to work. While the $69 was a great price I am just a little disappointed because I had hoped a few minor stains would lift once cleaned.

Such amazing service! I had been cleaning the carpets myself with a home shampooer and had zero idea what a difference having this company come would mean. Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. Such an asset to this company! I would recommend them 100%.

Excellent service. Staff was friendly. Our house is being renovated and we're disabled, they did a great job that we are physically unable to do and they were able to work around the clutter from our renovations.

Ryan Gosling's review says it all; this company is unprofessional and the owner, Chris could care less about the customer. The fact that the BBB gives them an A+ shows how crooked and worthless the BBB is also. I had the same thing happen where they would not come out to look at the job when I told them it would be difficult to get haze off the tiles. I told Chris if the job wasn't done correctly, I would not pay and this set him off; if you're not going to pay, I'm not coming out there." Why would you want to take the chance if they will guarantee their work when you hear such nightmare stories? No trust in this company.

Patrick from Broom Hildy cleaned our carpets on March 15th and did a beautiful job; he was able to clean stains that had been there for years. Not only did the carpets come out great, but he was the nicest young man and very personable. I will definitely call them for any cleaning needs in the future!
