Requirements Needed to Become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician!
ALL REGISTRATION & TUITION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full Course Price for the Phlebotomy Technician Course AM/PM: $1,200 in total. All students must make a registration fee payment on $100.00 to hold their seat prior to class start date. (Registration Fee Payment is included in your Tuition) First Half: $550.00 is due before or the latest on student's first day of class. Second Half: $550.00 is due before or the latest by the end of the student's third (3rd) week of the course. (Both AM & PM Phlebotomy Students Are Required To Please Wear Navy Blue Scrubs Every Day For Class) ALL REGISTRATION & TUITION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
REGISTRATION - STEP 1: FOR NATIONALLY CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICAN COURSE ONLY: (Pay $100 Registration Fee Payment To Hold Your Seat For The Next Certified Phlebotomy Technician Class) AM/PM Classes / Full Tuition Price = $1,200
Nationally Certified Phlebotomy Technician + Medical Terminology Course/Will Receive 1 National Phlebotomy Technician Certification) AM Class: Mon-Fri (10:00 AM-2:00 PM) for 4-5 weeks. PM Class: Mon, Wed, & Thurs ONLY (5:30 PM-7:30 PM) for 6-8 weeks.

The course starts on the date you select. Please complete both Step 1 & Step 2 to be fully registered for an upcoming Day or Evening Phlebotomy Class. (Both AM & PM Students Are Required To Please Wear Navy Blue Scrubs Everyday For Class)

Payment Policy: Expertise Phlebotomy LLC’s payment plan policy is as follows: FULL TUITION PAYMENT: $1,200 NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee: $100.00 (To Hold Your Seat For The Upcoming Class) -First Half: $550.00 is due before or at the latest on the student’s first day of class. -Second Half: $550.00 is due no later than the student’s third week of the course.*Expertise Phlebotomy LLC does not accept any tuition payments the last week of the phlebotomy course. All tuition payments must be paid by the third week of the course.*If student decides to withdraw from Expertise Phlebotomy LLC, student must notify the school & instructor. Student has three (1) day to file for a refund after making the first half: $550.00 payment. If the student does not file for a refund within the one-day period, the student then understands the first half: $550.00 dollars will not be returned to the student and is non-refundable.
