I believe in discipline passionately. I am a certified life-coach and a 24/7 lifestyle Domestic Disciplinarian. I am highly educated and hold multiple degrees. I have also been a disciplined ballet dancer for 14 years. 

Everything in my personal and professional life lends itself to discipline.

This program is based heavily upon female-led discipline, accountability, and methodology. You can think of me as a life-coach of sorts---a life coach that isn't afraid to employ a healthy dose of domestic discipline to give you that extra-special motivation. 

I may be small in stature, but do not for a minute underestimate just how hard I am capable of coming down on you.

Sessions will be held every week or every two weeks and there will structured goals and consistent disciplinary measures throughout.
