To schedule an appointment, please click the “schedule an appointment” button and follow the prompts. The types of appointments are as follows:

Introductory Phone Call: If you have not yet spoken to an enrollment advisor, this is the type of call to select for our first “meeting”. This call is an important first step in determining if one of our programs is right for you, and if so, beginning the application process. I’ll ask you some questions about your background and reasons for pursuing your degree and provide you with more specifics around clinical practicums, admission requirements, and application deadlines. If you have a current resume or CV, feel free to upload it after scheduling the appointment. If you don’t have one, that’s okay.

Application Initiated: Schedule this call to discuss any additional questions you may have following our introductory phone call. This includes any questions regarding specific items of your application (i.e. – essay or letters of recommendation) or the status of your file.

Referral Appointment: If you were referred to Maryville University for one of our online Healthcare programs and have not yet spoken with an enrollment advisor, please schedule this call. During our meeting, we will review the same topics as an Introductory Conversation.

Follow-Up Call: For any calls not related to the above options, please schedule this appointment and provide a brief explanation of the purpose of our conversation.
