However, unhealthy Advance Fee legislation caused Reginald to make a decision. Abandon more than 400 homeowners and allow them to face foreclosure or take a stand. "We did what was right for the California homeowners. It was an easy decision. We continued to fight." This decision subsequently cost Reginald his California's brokers license. Today, Reginald continues to sell real estate in California. He also specializes in Mortgage Protection Life Insurance and continues to help families protect their homes. Reginald has helped California Homeowners reduce their principal mortgages by more than 40 million dollars.
