Here at Zindo, we specialize in integrating a customized internal collection system for your business specifically aimed at improving your cash flow by transforming delinquent customers into customers in good standing with your business.

We have a full range of options for you to choose from including late payment notice letters progressing in intensity to final demands for payment before a lawsuit could be filed. We customize these options into our 6 stage system with your input, to deliver results within a 45 day period.  You can decide at each stage of our multilevel process whether your customers receive a weekly communication from our collection agency, from our attorneys, or from both. 

Zindo is designed to become an integral part of your business’ billing system when necessary. A flat fee of $125.00 covers all costs within the 45 day period for each delinquent customer, regardless of the amount your customer owes.

At Zindo, our goal is to get you paid for the work you’ve done.  Your customer pays you directly so that the relationship, and all of the payment, stays with your business.  

While we can’t guarantee that your customer is going to pay, you will know where you stand in 45 days.  Sometimes a customer can’t be found or sometimes they are unwilling to return to good standing and will either need to be written off or sued.  That will always be your decision.

Zindo requires no long-term commitment.  You can upload orders through our website (www.zindo.solutions) anytime.  Our platform allows you to place orders at your own pace.  We will invoice you after your order is fulfilled.  You are simply required to pay the outstanding Zindo invoice prior to placing your next order. 

If you are not satisfied with Zindo, simply discontinue placing new orders. No contracts to cancel, no explanation needed.  Zindo is determined to provide your business with value. 

Your first Zindo order is free.  We are committed to proving Zindo’s value to your business. Once we prove our value, we hope that you will utilize Zindo’s services for years to come.
