My main contribution to personal mind-body-spirit health is REIKI also known as African Hand Healing, ra sekhi or energy healing. I facilitate the healing, growth and development of current and future leaders through one-on-one and group sessions. I can provides services online or in person.

I use essential oils in all of my healing work, especially when conducting the Aroma Freedom Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Phoenix Foot Bath (detox), and Chakra-Aura Cleansing Technique (Raindrop). REIKI and Tapping services can be provided with or without the use of essential oils on the receiver.

My background includes certification in Breathology, Life Coaching, and Law of Attraction Coaching. I have a master’s of science in urban planning and my undergraduate studies were in art and communications. I am a trained clinical aromatherapist and an ordained minister-practitioner -- nondenominational, ecumenical, universal.
