Most appointments take 2-2.5 hours @ $40/hour. However, if you are unsure about the time needed for your service, or you believe that more time will be necessary please call/text me at 760-822-3306 before scheduling. 

 

Full payment for services are due at the time of service.  Lovin' My Locs accepts all major credit cards and cash payments only. Checks are NEVER accepted. Advanced payments can be made online and in person.

 

You may purchase Sisterlocks product at the below Sisterlocks website link, if stock is not available at the Lovin' My Locs studio. 

 

The integrity of your Sisterlocks can be compromised without regular maintainenace. You could end up with locks that may break or shred due to spaces that may develop in the locks from infrequent re-tightenings. Regular retightenings can ensure that locks remain separated as well. You have a responsibility to work with your consultant to achieve the results you desire. This means following your consultant's recommendations, and maintaining regular re-tightenings.

 

All clients must wash their hair no more than 48 hours before their service.  The hair should be free of any conditioner, grease, oils, etc. 

 

If you see that you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call or text, since unexpected delays can backup subsequent appointments. Lovin' My Locs reserves the right to cancel any appointment, should the estimated time of arrival conflict with other client services. 

 

To avoid a $40 automatic cancellation fee, clients must cancel 24 hours in advance to reschedule their appointment. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. Lovin' My Locs also reserves the right to discontinue servicing a client for repeated cancellations.

 

Due to limited space, guests and children are not allowed during retightening services, unless receiving a service.

 

Transfer Clients 

A free consultation is required prior to scheduling an appointment. Transfer clients must have had their Sisterlocks installed by a Certified Sisterlocks Consultant or a Sisterlocks Trainee.

 

A consultation fee of $25 per person is required for new installations.
