Yvette Iturrino born and raised in New York, Yvette moved to Orlando, Florida in 1998 where she successfully opened and operated two companies. She brings over 23 years of experience in Accounting, Banking & Mortgage Finance and Real Estate as well as entrepreneurial business management. She has a background in Mortgage Finance, mortgage closings, bank collections, skip tracing and more. Her knowledge, honesty, integrity, and fairness have been evident throughout her career. Yvette understands the importance of providing a truly personalized service to her clients, always putting their needs ahead of her own and paying close attention to every aspect of their accounting business needs.  

Yvette now owns and operates 2 companies AYB Solutions LLC and Central FL Realty Group.  She continues in real estate and finance as this is her passion.
