As a Senior-Level Finance Professional and Management Consultant, I combine my three great passions - business, travel ,and learning new things - to develop strategies that solve problems for my clients. An accountant by training, a global management professional by choice, and a doctoral scholar by fire; my mission is to help organizations and entrepreneurs succeed on their own terms. Management consulting is not a one size fits all proposition, therefore each project is undertaken with an open mind and an attentive ear.

About My Practice

We are a boutique consultancy focuses on small and emerging business strategy, business development, and information system integration. Practice areas include business strategy development, SEC compliance filing, banking relationship development, contract negotiation, and business intelligence research. We also provide fiscal planning, accounting, budgeting, research, internal and external auditor coordination, forensic reconstruction and analytical services.

My practice specialties include financial modeling, small public company strategy, operations, finance, investor relations, SEC compliance, and brand proliferation.
