30 MINUTE ZOOM OR PHONE APPOINTMENT

In 15-30 minutes you can get 1-2 questions answered that could help you complete a negotiation, get better results out of your creative partners, have your portfolio reviewed and recorded via Skype and more.

 
1 HOUR OF COACHING

One to two hour sessions with me are best suited to resolving 1-3 major issues or challenges, acquiring new resources, getting a list of questions answered so that you can move forward, getting an online portfolio review, receiving advice on a resume or bio; and getting help, answers or advice before, during and even after a negotiation that didn't go as expected.

12 + SESSIONS OF COACHING

This level of coaching known as POWER X is designed to clear up any and all misunderstandings you have about your path in your chosen area of expertise, put you on the right track, give you the tools, answers, guidance and advice you need to move forward, make good decisions and most importantly make progress in your career!

I am your accountability partner. 

We begin the process by you completing a thorough customized assessment questionnaire. Assessments are different for freelance beauty, fashion & nail pros, photographers, non-freelancers and entrepreneurs. The purpose is to facilitate my understanding of where you are now, where you want to go as a professional, your strengths and challenges, perceived or real obstacles and your personal tolerance for achieving your professional goals. You will learn a lot about yourself during this process. 

Power X clients receive a coaching journal to chart their progress.

You will end each session with an action plan. Your ability to accomplish the tasks dictates how quickly we move on to the next task or goal.
