 As a senior ranking consultant in the IT industry for 14 years, Deborah knows first-hand how difficult it can be to attain work-life balance and to lose your spirit when you have given your ALL to your career.  Her desperate desire for fulfillment and witnessing so many other professionals experiencing the same challenges were the impetus and inspiration for creating her company, Optimal Leap, Inc.

 Deborah holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has managed large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies. After graduating from the University of Miami where she obtained two Master's degrees in Biomedical and Industrial Engineering, Deborah went on to a corporate career working in Management Consulting followed by advanced studies at the International Coach Academy.  She has vast experience leading teams and supporting their advancement of their mission and goals.
