You can set an appointment by selecting the "Schedule an Appointment" button above.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive a pre-session welcome package/ questionnaire requiring you to send it back to me at least 48 hours before our session. It takes a little time to fill out, so keep that in mind when selecting a date.
