Much like sedimentary rock is formed over time, our earliest experiences are deposited within us layer by layer, shaping who we become. But even once rock is formed, it doesn’t ever stay the same. There are natural forces continually RE-forming it. And the same is true for us. Transformational coaching helps you consciously RE|form your life by taking advantage of naturally occurring experiences and engaging with them in a way that allows YOU to determine how they ultimately reshape your life.
