Firearms Appointment Application
Please read carefully:
You are requesting an appointment for a NEW or RENEWAL Firearms ID (FID) or a License to Carry (LTC) with the Plymouth Police Department.
Step 1: Requesting Your Appointment Date & time
Select your preferred appointment date and time. When done Click "Continue".
Your request will then be reviewed and you will receive a notification with the exact date and time of the appointment (may get rescheduled in some cases).
STEP 2: Basic Information
Please enter your Email, First and Last Name, Phone number. If you want to leave some notes, you can input them in the Notes area. When all of the information was inputted, click "Submit".
A $100 fee is required, you must present a check payable to the Town of Plymouth, at the time of your appointment.
