At RK Fischer & Associates, we are business consultants, business coaches, and business advisors that provide business help to owner-operated businesses to help them in generating growth and profitability. We offer business consulting and business coaching to assist you so you can focus working "on your business". We work with businesses throughout Canada with a focus on Ontario.

As business advisors, we only focus on businesses under 100 employees, so we understand exactly what business challenges that you face. Our 2 partners have significant experience in complex businesses such as manufacturing, hi-technology, and financial services, and we also have worked with clients in many other industries such as retail, construction, transportation, recreation, and professional services.  We work directly with the business owner to understand their specific business goals and challenges so we are able  to implement the right solutions ensuring you have continued long-term success.
