As a dedicated runner, endurance specialist, and performance coach, I don’t just teach running—I live it. My journey has taken me from struggling with endurance to cutting 50 minutes off my marathon time, and now I help runners like you achieve the same transformation—faster and smarter. Whether you're aiming for your first marathon or looking to improve your performance as a master’s runner, I’ve been in your shoes, and I know what it takes to succeed.


My Personal Running Journey

I’ve personally trained, raced, and transformed through endurance running. My experience includes:

✔️ Marathon Accomplishments – I’ve completed multiple marathons, including the Walt Disney World Marathon (2003 & 2004), where I improved my time by an incredible 50 minutes—proving that strategic training and nutrition make all the difference.
✔️ My Own Training & Transformation – As someone currently optimizing my own nutrition, strength, and mindset, I understand the process at every level and can relate to the struggles and breakthroughs runners experience.
✔️ Master’s Runner Perspective (40+) – I understand the unique challenges of training efficiently, staying injury-free, and maintaining peak performance as an older athlete.

✔️ Running Coaching Certification (In Progress) – Once completed, this will give me an official coaching credential, adding even more credibility to my structured training approach.
✔️ John Maxwell Leadership Training – Running is not just physical—it’s mental. My background in leadership and personal development coaching allows me to guide runners not just in training, but in mental toughness, motivation, and goal-setting.
