My approach to bodywork is collaborative, a client-centered experience ranging from Eastern and Western modalities, including acupressure, Thai massage, Shiatsu, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. The foundation of my work is Esalen® Massage & Deep Bodywork. I also offer structural integration work, a deep and specific approach that addresses pain, frees up adhesions in the body, and improves mobility.
